What is L-alanyl-L-glutamine?
This is a blend of the amino acids L-alanine and L-glutamine that has shown superior absorption, stability and solubility when compared to L-glutamine alone. This means the body is able to absorb more glutamine when taken together with L-alanyl-L-glutamine to support the gut lining.
Why is zinc included?
Glutagenics® contains zinc which is a crucially important mineral, that’s involved in all areas of the body. Adequate zinc is necessary for a proper functioning immune system. Zinc also plays an active role in cell division, and is therefore important in wound healing, and also, the replacement and regeneration of the gut lining as these cells are constantly being replaced.
